Daiwa Crossfire LT is a successor to the popular Crossfire model. The new LT (Light & Tough) model is lighter and more compact than the previous Crossfire, but it is also stronger. This is made possible by Daiwa’s advanced reel technologies and materials. The new LT model is up to 20% lighter than its predecessor! Everyone who fishes for extended periods knows how much the weight of the reel can affect fishing comfort. The reel comes with high-quality Japanese Daiwa J-Braid braided line.
The ABS aluminum spool withstand even heavier use and has plenty of room for braided line. A cold-forged, precision-machined Daiwa Digigear mechanism functions as the heart of the reel. Digigear works extremely regularly and smoothly. Crossfire LT is equipped with the Advanced Tournament Drag System (ATD), which is one of the best-functioning drag systems on the market at this price range!
