Daiwa Luvias LT is a new addition to Daiwa’s LT (Light & Tough) range. The Luvias LT spinning reel perfectly combines Daiwa’s two most important reel technologies: ZAION MONOCOQUE (MQ) and the LT reel concept.
The Daiwa Luvias LT reels are made in Japan, which means that you can rely on their superior quality in all circumstances. The new design of Luvias LT employs the Light & Tough concept. This means that anglers don’t have to sacrifice quality or performance when choosing a smaller reel.
The Luvias’ housing is a marvel of Japanese engineering: a one-piece Zaion Monocoque body. The interior of the reel has more space than similar two-piece housings, which means that it can fit larger gearing to ensure better performance. The one-piece construction also keeps dirt, dust, and water away from the internals. Luvias is equipped with Daiwa’s well-known Magsealed innovation that very nearly eliminates friction from the reel. Together with the Monocoque housing it ensures that dust, water, or dirt cannot reach inside the reel. When you retrieve your lure with Luvias, you can feel the lack of friction in practice.
